We use YachtCloser Documentation as our closing service for new and used boats and yachts seeking Coast Guard Documentation or State Registration services. We streamline the closing process. Our goal is to simplify every part of the process of selling and buying a boat. We will work directly with each party involved to complete all necessary closing documents.
Coast Guard Documentation
YachtCloser has its own Documentation service to streamline the registration of your vessel. They use the latest technologies and integrations to produce documents quickly and accurately so your closing stays on target. All necessary documents will be included in your closing package so you can complete and sign everything at once. Upon closing, all necessary documents will be filed with the National Vessel Documentation Center.
We also offer additional services such as Preferred Ships Mortgage recording, lien searches, and certain State Title and Registration applications.
